East Bay community mourns fallen Officer Gus Vegas

VALLEJO, Calif. (KGO) -- An off duty police officer was killed in his own home. Now, an East Bay community is mourning fallen Officer Gus Vegas, a 15-year veteran of the Richmond police force.
