
SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- One of three men injured when someone shot into their car in downtown San Jose over the weekend has died, police said Monday.
The shooting was reported about 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the area of South First and East Reed streets.

The victims were traveling in a car when someone fired into their vehicle, according to police.
All three men suffered at least one gunshot wound and they were transported to hospitals. One victim, whose name wasn't released, has since died from his injuries, police said. The other two victims' wounds were non-life-threatening.
No arrests have been made and the motive for the shooting is under investigation.

The death is San Jose's 10th homicide this year.
