NFL Week 6 betting: Odds, lines and totals for every game

The Denver Broncos upset the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday to get Week 6 underway. The defending champion Seahawks entered as 2.5-point favorites but fell 17-14 in overtime.

Kicking off Sunday's play is an AFC South matchup between the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars in London (9:30 a.m. ET start).

The Los Angeles Rams are the biggest favorite of the week, laying 12.5 points at home versus the Arizona Cardinals. The total for the game is 51.5, one of five games with a total over 50.

The Dallas Cowboys, coming off a loss to the previously winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers, head to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night, and the San Francisco 49ers host the Washington Commanders on "Monday Night Football" (8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN/ABC) to close out the week.
