Rafts,dump trucks rescue 10 in Petaluma

PETALUMA, Calif. -- Petaluma firefighters used boats and two city dump trucks to rescue 10 people trapped by rising floodwaters at the peak of the storm Thursday.

All the people rescued were working inside businesses near the auto mall.
