"This is targeted towards the kids, like who wants to target kids? It is crazy," said Ghia Jacobs, a San Francisco parent and member to of the Lafayette Elementary School PTA.
"Children who don't get time in a playground that's gone forever. That impacts their social development, their ability to problem solve, their creativity," said Phil Ginsburg, San Francisco Recreation and Parks general manager.
