Jackknifed big rig causes traffic mess on NB I-238 near San Leandro after driver falls asleep: CHP

A jackknifed big rig with its axle ripped off is blocking lanes on the connector between I-238 and I-880 in the East Bay after CHP says the driver fell asleep and crashed into a sand barrel, but there were no injuries.
