3rd victim of SF Bay boating disaster found, ID'd: Officials
A body found in the water just west of the Golden Gate Bridge over the weekend has been identified as one of the victims in the Volare boating disaster in the San Francisco bay. She has been identified as Carol Boisa, 74, of Sacramento County.
