Sunken boats linked to pollution, crime removed from Oakland Estuary
Crews are working to remove 16 partially and fully sunken boats from the Oakland Estuary as part of a $3 million ongoing effort to address abandoned vessels that officials say threaten public safety, water quality and marine life.
