Takeaway of the Day
The gusty pattern we're in now will continue through Friday morning.
A Wind Advisory will go into effect from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. tomorrow for Solano County, where gusts up to 40 miles an hour could blow around unsecured objects and knock down tree limbs.
The winds have picked up ahead of a cold front that's coming in later tonight. Clouds will remain with us through the night before clearing out early in the morning. It will start off chilly tomorrow with temperatures in the 30s and 40s, but under sunny skies. Expect warmer weather in the afternoon, with highs in the low 60s to low 70s.
A Look Ahead
Saturday is mild to warm with a mix of sun and a few clouds. Rain and gusty winds move in late Sunday, and the wet weather will continue through early next week. Snow will fall in the Sierra.
