AccuWeather Forecast: Overnight fog near coast; sunny weekend
ABC7 Eyewitness News Meteorologist Sandhya Patel has your AccuWeather forecast.

Takeaway of the Day
The weather looks lovely for Labor Day weekend. Expect a warmer start to the holiday weekend with plenty of sun. Highs tomorrow will range from the mid 60s at the coast to the low 80s with plenty of sun. Overnight, expect some fog near the coast and some of it will linger into the afternoon tomorrow.

A Beach Hazards Statement is up now through 11 p.m. Monday. Hurricanes in the Pacific are sending us a southerly swell and that bring the possibility of rip currents and sneaker waves.

A Coastal Flood Advisory is up until 9 p.m. tonight for the North Bay where minor flooding is expected from higher than average high tide.

A Look Ahead
Temperatures will dip a few degrees Sunday and then, it really warms up for Labor Day. Temperatures will run in the low 70s at the beaches to the low 90s inland.

Remnants of one of the Pacific hurricanes may bring the possibility of showers between mid to late next week, but computer models are not in agreement on this so stay tuned.
