AccuWeather Forecast: High clouds with filtered sunshine tomorrow

Takeaway of the Day
Our string of gray, cloudy mornings continued today, but once again, mostly sunny skies prevailed by early afternoon over the bay and inland, while clouds lingered along much of the coastline. High temperatures were in the lower 60s at the coast, mid-70s near the bay, and upper 80s to near 90 inland. If you were out and about today, you may have noticed that it felt a bit humid. That's because of subtropical moisture flowing up from our south, which is helpful in reducing fire danger.

A Look Ahead
Tomorrow will be much like today, but slightly warmer, with highs ranging from mid-60s at the coast to near 80 around the bay to upper 80s inland. Warming will continue Tuesday and Wednesday with highs near 70 at the coast, mid-to-upper 80s around the bay, and lower-to-mid-90s inland. Minor cooling will occur near the end of the week, but another warmup is likely next weekend.
