VIDEO: Terrifying moments inside Fairfield Spirit Halloween during shooting that killed pregnant mom
FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KGO) -- A 31-year-old pregnant woman was killed, and six other people were injured in a targeted shooting Friday night at a Spirit Halloween store inside Solano Town Center, according to police.
Investigators said the shooting stemmed from an argument involving the suspect inside the store.
Authorities are reviewing mall surveillance video and working to identify the shooter.

Video recorded by Jocelyn Lopez captured the chaos inside the store as gunfire erupted. The footage showed customers taking cover as shots rang out and they can be heard saying, "they're shooting, they're shooting."
Police identified the woman who was killed as 31-year-old Constance Hages, who was pregnant with her fifth child.
Fairfield police said Sunday that four of the six surviving victims remained hospitalized and a 19-year-old man was listed in critical condition. A 16-year-old boy, a 23-year-old man and a 32-year-old man are expected to recover.
Melanie Gainey was doing janitorial work at Funtastic Arcade, located a few doors from the Spirit Halloween store, when the shooting occurred.
"I'd seen a lot of people running, including the security guard," Gainey said.
Concerned for her safety, she locked herself in a supply room and called mall security.
"One of the guys that picked up the phone told me that everything was okay. The mall was closed. There was just an altercation that happened outside and that I was fine," Gainey said.
After finishing her shift, Gainey exited the mall and encountered a large law enforcement presence.

"I seen SWAT. And they all had their guns drawn and they were having me to walk slowly towards them with my hands up," she said.
Later, after returning home, Gainey learned that her 15-year-old daughter had narrowly avoided being caught in the violence.
"She was like, mommy, I left that same store 20 minutes before the shooting," Gainey said.
The realization left Gainey shaken. "It's very scary," she said.
Police continue to investigate the shooting and are seeking to identify the suspect.
The fatal shooting has left community members grappling with the violence and its aftermath as investigators work to determine exactly what led to the attack.
