

RICHMOND, Calif. (KGO) -- The mother who was pulled from a house fire in Richmond Tuesday night that killed her two children and their grandfather has died, police said Saturday evening.

The children's uncle has been arrested and accused of setting the house on fire.
Five-year-old Andrew and his grandfather Jose Rivera died Tuesday. Rivera had died at the scene of the fire and Andrew had died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, according to a family member.

Andrew's 2-year-old sister, Joline, died at the hospital Wednesday night from critical injuries.

The woman's brother, uncle to the two children and son of Rivera, has been arrested in the case and now faces murder and arson charges.
