SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The wait is finally over.
Jollibee says July 31 is the grand opening for its long-awaited restaurant near San Francisco's Union Square.
The restaurant has a cult-like following for its famous Filipino-style spaghetti and fried Chicken Joy.

Jollibee has been trying to open the new location in the city for the past six years, but it faced delays with the city's permitting process.
This will be the only Jollibee in San Francisco. The location near Yerba Buena Gardens closed in 2011.
