Frozen berries sold at Walmart recalled due to possible E. coli contamination: FDA

You may want to check your freezer. Some frozen berries have been recalled due to possible E. coli contamination.

The affected product is the Great Value brand of organic triple berry blend, which includes strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.

It's a ten-ounce package and has a “best if used by date” of February 9, 2028.

They were sold at Walmart stores in 16 states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin.

So far, there haven't been any reports of anyone getting sick from the frozen berries, but if you have any, don't consume them.

You can return the package to Walmart for a full refund.
