Strengthening Tropical Storm Nolo could hit Hawaii with catastrophic flooding
As powerful Hurricane Polo pummels the Mexican coast with rain and strong winds, elsewhere in the Pacific, the NWS said Tropical Storm Nolo would likely strengthen before closing in on the Big Island of Hawaii with the potential for catastrophic flooding.
